John Lawless

John Lawless in best known for his evocative color photography. He has covered many areas of international and civil conflict, including Beirut, Cambodia, and Tibet. His 1985 National Geographic cover photograph.....Oh wait, that's not John Lawless, thats Steve Mccurry. Unlike Mr. Mccurry, I (John Lawless) am best known for taking pictures of old barns and spontaneous snap shots of my cats.

I do however love photography and consider myself a serious hobbyist. I am currently enrolled in the Professional Photography course at Red River College. I also have an established career in the hospitality industry working as a professional chef for the last fifteen years. I am currently the Sous Chef at a private business/social networking club in downtown Winnipeg.
